With more than four decades of experience in the construction industry, Dan Arnold has built a reputation for exceptional craftsmanship, integrity, and attention to detail. His career spans residential construction, commercial development, and historic restoration, including work on some of Virginia's most recognized landmarks, such as the Virginia Governor's Mansion, Dover Hall, and the Richmond Clock Tower.

Today, Dan continues to bring the same pride and precision to every project, helping ensure each home reflects the quality, character, and craftsmanship that have defined the Arnold name for generations.

Ryan Arnold is the owner of Arnold Build & Design and leads every project with a commitment to quality, communication, and craftsmanship. Building on the foundation established by his father, Ryan combines decades of family experience with a modern design-build approach that helps homeowners transform their vision into reality.

From custom homes and major renovations to historic restorations, Ryan is passionate about creating spaces that are thoughtfully designed, beautifully built, and made to stand the test of time. He believes every project deserves honest communication, meticulous attention to detail, and a finished product clients are proud to call home.

With a background in operations, marketing, customer experience, and business strategy, Morgan brings both creativity and heart to the company.
